Billy Corgan's new album?

Billy Corgan's new album?

Postby Frau_Blucher » Thu Jul 07, 2005 12:04 am

Anybody else pick this up yet? I'm really diggin the noisey, dissonant "To Love Somebody" cover...but it's still number3 behind Jimmy Somerville's and the Bee Gees. The rest is kinda like The Pumpkins meet LCD Soundsystem or even Front 242 sometimes. Not a super approchable album but I'm starting to like Mina Loy and A100 very much. I'm sure there'll be others.

Yeah, it sounded to me like his time spent with New Order was rubbing off. I like most of the album, although I doubt a solo career from Corgan is going to have much steam since he's hellbent on reforming the Pumpkins now.
