Great job, everyone! (I just made a small edit to change the word "You've" to "you".)

Here are the ones that have not been correctly answered yet:

Note: technically i_like_lektrick_motors' answer to #13 works as well or better than the one I had in mind, but I was thinking the new wave glory days of the '80s and late '70s....
