It could be worse. It could be Corey Hart singing in french.

I will definitely heed that warning. And, yes, I have a Corey song in French too, Là-Bas (a duet with his wife), which is a remake of the Jean-Jacques Goldman classic. I may have to pull that song out soon.[:)]

Edit.

Now it's "Deacon Blues" by Steely Dan. Man, they made some real schweet tunes back then. This is what music should be all about: booze, broads, and gambling[8D]

Edit.

Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street"[8D] Can you feel it? The cool spring night in the city? Neon melting into the darkness, everyone's outside, people coming in and out of clubs and bars, and you're just cruisin' for action[}:)]

I love steely dan, Aja was the only tape i was able to smuggle into basic training and got screwed when i got caught with it. Big suprise, Ben_at_work smuggling not drugs not alcohol not girly mags but music to basic training. "Drink Scoth Whiskey all night long..." [:D][:D]
I've always wanted that nickname, "Deacon Blues"[8D]

I think almost every guy has a Steely Dan album somewhere in their collection. I've yet to meet a girl who listens to them, so I wonder if this is tantamount to "guy movies"... hmmm. Like in the way Taxi Driver could never be written and filmed by a woman[?] There's some element in that music that girls don't quite connect with the same way guys do.

Currently listening to Rush's "The Spirit Of Radio"[8D]

By the way, does anybody have an mp3 of this song? All I have is a pesky MPGA.
