Is Send Me An Angel (Heaven No. 7 Mix), and Send Me An Angel '89 (Dance Mix) the same? I didn't download them but I checked them out on You Tube and they seemed the same although I might have missed something.

I do believe they are the same mixes but named differently for some reason.

Yes, they are the same versions;
send me an angel (heaven no. 7 mix) = send me an angel '89 (dance mix)
send me an angel (88 version) = send me an angel '89 (edit)
