This BA Robertson guy is a complete mystery to me.

He seems to have been omnipresent......at least in the first half of the 80s.
For example, he has been featured on several editions of BBC Pop Quiz (1981-1984)
and I havent got the slightest idea why does he deserve this honor.

I, for one, dont know a single major hit he is credited with during the 80s......or was he more or a composer than a performer ?

B.A. Robertson is more a composer. Best known for the songs he wrote, together with Mike Rutherford, for Mike + The Mechanics.
