Crazy @#%& from David Allen Coe

Postby hutter » Tue Feb 28, 2006 2:35 am

My second song share, and I'm already 0/2 on posting NW songs. I will for my next one (promise!) but y'all gotta hear this insane shit. Country goes straight to hell, thanks to our ol' buddy David Allen Coe, from his underground albums, 1978-1981

*WARNING: If you're easily offended, just move on...

Cum Stains on the Pillow (traditional "she done him wrong" song)

Whips 'n' Things (S&M sing-a-long)

Little Suzie Shallow Throat (a lovely li'l ballad)
http://s63.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=19V2 ... YZ3KJP5XOZ

I'm not even gonna type out the title of this ass-kickin' "gem".

Enjoy...[:D]

Lol, the last one sounds like a title of a track by a ganster rapper! [:D]

Mr. Coe's songs were a HUGE hit with the good ol' boys I was stationed with in the Army, especially his ode to racial tolerance "Nigger Fucker".

True F-N story: I was first introduced to the amazing talents of D.A.C. by my favorite ex back in the early 90's, and get this: She was black. She really got a kick out of "Nigger Fucker". To this day, I regret letting her get away. She was beautifully twisted. Oh well, live and learn...

My dad told me about the first DAC adult album whne I was 10 in 1978. Took me 20 years and $75 but I finally bought one of the 2 LPs off of ebay in 1998. Got a cd-r of both albums (the CD DAC sells himself is missing 2 songs). There are other performers in this genre, notably Big Harry Johnson, Larry Pierce, and Bike Joe Warren (RIP).

Years ago I wrote an article for Cake Magazine on the phenomena of porno country music.

Do you still have a copy of that article? I'd love to read it. I may even hit you up for a few DAC tracks. Unfortunately, some of mine are scratched up to hell.[V] Thats what I get for loaning out my cd's. I gotta stop sharing the love.

This is just, truly, wow, WOW bad.

I thought the only country song with pure swearing in it was on the Obscurity File comp. It had a lyric of ".....truck and I don't give a fuck."

Time to look up this DAC gentleman.

Oh, he's far from a "gentleman". The old bastard has spent a fair amount of time locked behind bars, has lived and may still be living with 2 or 3 "wives" at a time, and is notorious for his "fuck you" attitude. He's also penned some of country musics biggest hits, "Take this job and shove it" being a stand-out example. He's a complex guy with quite a colorful history.
