Any Information on 'THE NEWS'

I am on the hunt for anything on a band called 'The News' who I know had a UK chart hit with 'Audio Video' in August 1981. I already have a scratchy MP3 of a single called 'A World Without Love' so a good version of this or anything else would be great plus info on band line up's, affiliation with other bands, what happened to them or anything. They sound like a pop version of Classix Nouveaux, similar guitar pop/rock sound without the high pitched vocals.
