Stacey Q: I Love You 12" & B-Side Dance The Night

Anyone have a decent vinyl transfer of Stacey Q's 12" I Love You? My vinyl is a mess and the rip I was able to find online is a disaster. As well, might have the 7" b-side of this single, Dance The Night?
