number one: i haven't been here since the move to this format. what changes!
number two: i'm a longtime collector of vinyl oddities and 12" singles but the older i get the less room i have and the less interest.
number three: i want other people to have fun stuff, so when i see it i'll tell you. that being said, i'm pasting my post from the vinyl forum here, since i don't know that people go to the vinyl forum.
====================

perusing the stacks yesterday i found a cache of great 12" xtc import singles in fantastic condition at "record grouch" on manhattan avenue- i am putting a head's up here so that any collectors that want to fill in some spaces of their xtc collections AND live in the nyc area can go get them. a public service! and they were only $5 a piece. the completist in me wanted them of course, but my husband says "no more records until you get rid of some other ones." oh well! i remember seeing:

5 senses
senses working overtime
ball and chain
all you pretty girls
this world over
wake up
grass
dear god
the meeting place
the loving
the disappointed

i post this because it is like a one-stop shopping opportunity, and i've never seen these in such good shape. i'd buy them, but alas. maybe i will go get them... nah. you should. although...
