There is no download link. Much like with YouTube videos, it's in an embedded player, a mini version of what you get if you visit the corresponding page on SoundCloud. Someone uploaded the audio file to SoundCloud and did not enable downloads for it. So all you get is what's sent to the embedded player, which is a 128 kbps MP3 transcoded from whatever was uploaded. What they uploaded is very poor quality, probably deliberately bad because they know people like us will use a tool like JDownloader or any number of other sites you can find by doing a simple web search for SoundCloud download. These will just get you the 128 kbps transcoded MP3, not the original upload. In this case, though, like I said, the original was no better. Maybe they are holding out for a future release of it for real, or maybe the uploader doesn't actually own the rights to it and is hoping to avoid having it get blocked as copyright infringing.

It is on a limited edition bootleg CD and none of the fans are willing to share a flac file as it is so rare.

Magnum, thank you so much! Not to sound ungrateful, but any chance of a FLAC download? If not, I understand. Thank you, regardless. I was considering ordering the CD (and may still do it), but this 12" is one of only a few tracks that interest me.

While we're on the topic of Duran Duran, would anyone know where I can get "What Happens Tomorrow [Mark Tinley Remix]"? (Not the Mark Tinley Ambient Mix). I used to have this mix somewhere. I remember loving this mix after it appeared around the single release (early 2005). I'm thinking that it was never officially released.

sorry Bellenger........I only have it @ 320 in mp3

the mix definitely comes from an original multi track origin......I've never seen or heard of any MTs for "View to a kill" online anywhere.....so I would go along with the notion [for the time being until the MTs show up] that the mix was done back in 85 but for whatever reason never saw the light of day.
