I asked Mike to set up that forum thinking eddie was going to continue with NEW posts.

Yes it would be ideal to move the posts there, not sure how much work is involved in doing so.

Timing was bad as eddie stopped with NEW topics right at the time the new forum was created.

Of course, I have no idea who Bill is and in any case he sounds like a right twat. This is a forum for obscure 80s music, groups and artists, and quite frankly live recordings, bootlegs, unreleased mixes and the like should appear here. Or at any rate have some kind of home on the internet and rightly or wrongly from a legal perspective, which is laughable considering the amount of porn on the net, we, as music lovers should have access to it. If people like Bill are intent on disrupting things I can only imagine he\she has some kind of warped agenda. There are a lot of people about with similar attitudes and they seem to be in a crusade against everything. They are anti liberal, pro conservative, selfish, obnoxious and really should be hounded out of these forums. I am rarely rude to people on these type of forums and I do wish people would exercise some kind of self censorship. In saying that Eddie is often justified in calling a twat, a twat. Eddie spends a great deal of time putting stuff on the net which I personally are grateful for, and eternally so. We should be championing people like Eddie, it's hard work doing all this stuff and many of the unofficial live recordings that Eddie has put last me in the last couple of years has been fantastic. So, let's support Eddie and tell people like Bill and others to stop being babies, grow up and as the kids say these days " get a life". This forum could be great but it's only the sum of its parts and as such it's not that great at the moment. Admin needs to more in control of bad behaviour really and block the assholes, and try to promote good practise.
