Hi all! Haven't forgotten about my series, but events in real life got in the way of my schedule of sharing. But now I can present another installment Not as well-known, apparently, as previous versions, but still, it's a great album, one of the lost classics of the 1980s that everyone with even a passing interest in electronic pop music should have in their collection. Indeed, it was one of the first all-synth albums I ever heard and to this day stands as one of the best I ever heard, such a high watermark I actually feel sorry for lots of bands.
Surprisingly lots of versions, mixes and re-recordings (were they short of material?). So it wasn't hard to assemble most of the stuff - as for the songs that weren't redone (now just why?! ) I had to use live recordings (that show what a mistake this band made adding the live rhythm section). Unlike with some of the other versions I still prefer the original album as it's such a Holy recording - but it's still interesting I think.
