Wow, what a blast from the past! I was working with Doug, Drew & Gina when we recorded this EP in 1986 (I am actually listed as "technical advisor" on the album jacket). What a super-talented wonderful family the Yowells were to hang out with! I was actually doing an online search to find some of Drew's more recent tracks to download when I came across this. How great to now have mp3 tracks of this disc to go along with my semi-warped vinyl records of "Modern Mystery" out in the garage. Thank you!!!

If anyone's in the NYC area, Drew will be performing at Rockwood Music Hall on Tuesday, February 25. And it's FREEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
No promises, but I think Doug will be backing him up on drums. No word on whether Gina will be there.

I have it on good authority that both Doug & Gina will be helping Drew out at Tuesday's gig. It's a Beema Duma reunion! And it's FREE!! Come by if you're in the NYC area.
