Does anyone have this album to share here in FLAC or any other lossless format? Remember Mo the album has been released in 1993 but why is it so obscure to find? Thanks for any info.

yeah, it's super rare. I can't even find it on discogs Marketplace. I think some of the tracks were sourced from vinyl though. I have the remasters of the first two albums in FLAC.

@Rissan Thank You so much for the lossy files. @humanracer Yes for an album to be released in the early 90s. Must be limited edition. I do not know. I am very much interested in ONE song specially - ASIA. If someone can help me with a WAV or FLAC file of this song would be really grateful.

Here is a new rip, from my own cd, of (the) Mo album Remember Mo in FLAC. https://www.mediafire.com/file/c6w76adygbdb6r4/Mo.rar

The album is a compilation of most of the tracks from their three albums released between 1980 and 1984. Each album is represented by eight tracks. The band original started as The Mo and released their album Mo in 1980. Most songs were written by the brothers Clemens and Huub de Lange, although Heili Helder co-wrote on five of them. All three left after the first album and drummer Harm Bieger got new people in for the second and third album and dropped The in the name.

Discography:

1980 - Mo
1982 - Ha! Ha! The sound Of Laughing
1984 - Stop Staring

woah can't believe you did a FLAC rip. Brilliant. This will be nice to go along with the remasters of the first two albums. Thanks again.

@Rissan, OMGGGGGGG Thank you for doing this. I had been looking for this even as to contact Linda Bloemhard on facebook last year and she has not replied to my inquiries. Not sure why this album is super rare when they are very popular in Asia including my native country Philippines and also in Thailand where the single, ASIA, i read it topped the chart. So this is a great Christmas gift for all of us fans. Thanks again Rissan!

@humanracer Was Asia a huge single in Europe particularly in your own country? In the Philippines, i remember there was a video of the song. For some odd reason i cannot find it on YouTube. I know i saw it, since i was curious about their sound from the start.

Asia was not a hit in the Netherlands. It made it to the tip parade; the front porch for the top 40 (later the top 100).

Nancy was a tip as well, Fred Astaire made it to number 18 and Cheese to number 30.

And here I have a present, just recovered from my digital dungeons.

A FM live recording, in FLAC, from De Vereeniging, Nijmegen from 2 June 1981. This is still with Heili Helder, but the de Lange brothers have left.
The second album has not been written yet, so all songs are from their debut.

Here's the link: https://www.mediafire.com/file/gzlww6q6 ... %20The.rar

Enjoy
