A break from DM, here is my re-creation of the Pet Shop Boys' "In The Night (7" Edit Version)". "In The Night" is one of my absolute favorite PSB songs, but I had never heard this version until DJPaulT shared his German 7" vinyl rip ( https://www.discogs.com/Pet-Shop-Boys-I ... ase/737295 ) not too long ago. It's simply an edit of the mix found on 1986's "Disco" remix album. I don't know if it was ever released anywhere else, but as far as I know it has never been released on CD or any other digital format. For this re-creation, I used the original USA "Disco" CD and am sharing it in FLAC format. A few of the edits on the original 7" were just a tiny bit "off" - I opted to make all of the edits clean and accurate for my re-creation. I assume if digital editing were as easy in 1986 as it is today, this is how the final mix was intended to sound. Of course, sometimes there IS a "charm" to these imperfections, so my apologies to the purists out there!
