Vienna was husband and wife Peter and Ina Wolf. They had only one album, Guess What, with the single Talking From The Heart. He produced and co-wrote a wide variety of songs in the late 80s and early 90s.

Anyhow, here's the long out of print rip from CD in FLAC.

I stumbled across Vienna back in the 80s. Liked the cover, so checked it out. Later on, I came across the Wolf & Wolf album, and recognized them on the cover. I haven't listened to them since the 80s, but from what I recall, "Talking with the Heart" was the only song I liked out of both albums.
