Siouxsie & The Banshees - Peek-A-Boo (Silver Dollar Mix)

Postby GingGing1 » Mon Jan 28, 2019 10:39 am

This has been on my mind for quiet some time now. The Silver Dollar Mix 9:56 version, is this available only on a rare Canadian cd single? Most compilation i see has the 8+ minute version. Been trying to find the 9:56 version in digital format for a long time now. Thanks for your input.

I'm after this too! Would prefer an actual copy of the CD, but I've never heard the full length mix before. It was only quite recently that I discovered there was one!

Here it is: https://www116.zippyshare.com/v/5Dwnf15U/file.html

It was released on 12 inch Vinyl and CD-Single at the time. It was only edited in 2002 for inclusion in the The Best Of Siouxsie And The Banshees compilation.
Something similar happened with the Kathak mix of Kiss Them For me but it was the other way around. The version on this Compilation was longer than the original release.

Thank you, just downloading. Is this from the CD or the vinyl?

@anfunny2003 The Silver Dollar mix is 10 minute mix is on youtube and so is The Big Spender Mix. I just heard the latter mix (Big Spender) and it's equally wonderful as the Silver Dollar. It's baffling that it is available digitally (cd single) only in Canada and not Europe. I would love to get a hold of the FLAC version for both since i doubt i will be able to afford it IF it's available.
