I just finished downloading the first 30 albums of the series. I haven't found any problems and the track listing is superb There are many songs that I listen to for the very first time. Thank you Gazebo Music for sharing all this stuff. Excellent work

Thank you AJWave, This makes it all worth while! I wasn't sure how members would react to this series. Telekon3 is right, "Music is made to be listened to", so I apologize for taking 20 years to share!

With that said, and only for the die hard fans, I also did another series that was never shared with anyone called A Look Back! I believe there are 30 volumes as well. It was more focused towards rare out of print Cd's (singles, promos, comps etc) with the addition of a few rare remastered vinyl tracks and some of my own Gasbow edits that weren't on Dig 80's. Unfortunately I had only done artwork for the first 20 volumes but no longer have those files sorry. Maybe one of the members could create something cool if we proceed! If this is something that fans would be interested in, please let me know and I may consider converting all the files into WAV & RAR format.

Welcome back Paul!! Great to see you online again! I first met you on the CFNY Unknown Songs website, and over the years you've shared so many rare tracks - I can't thank you enough!!

I checked out a bunch of the tracks you shared and everything seems fine with me...no abrupt cuts or missing audio. I downloaded the RAR version.

Absolutely, I'd LOVE to hear your "A Look Back!" collection. Take care, and happy to hear from you again!!

As much as I really appreciate all the hard work it has been put into making these wonderful files available, I cannot get these huge files to download on this site whatever I do......it has already interrupted me three times with the message "transfer quota exceeded"......really really frustrating.....

If anyone who has already downloaded it (as some have confirmed that the files are in perfect working order) would kindly encode them to 320kbps and upload them separately if possible, it would be very appreciated.

As for "A Look Back", certainly sounds like something I would interested in even more than this current collection.

Paul, I would love the "Look Back" collection too. All awesome stuff and thank you for sharing.

Hi Xymox,

I had the same problem. You need to download/install the Mega extension for Chrome. That allows Mega to access the larger portion of your HD required to save that large of a file to your system. Once I installed that extension, it worked right away and downloaded in a couple minutes. This way, you can keep the files lossless.

Thanks for the tip, Crichert, but I still cant get it to continue download after interruption due to exceeding quota......and my download speed is obviously nowhere near yours so it takes me many hours even to download one section of the whole file......

Anyway, thanks for trying to help.....

I would have been more than happy with 320kbps files, but I guess some of your like to keep things lossless....

Are you going to share all other volumes like this, since i found it more appropriate to download rather then 14 gb at once?

Paul (Gazebo Music), thank you for sharing your compilations. Music is an important part of life. What I really like from looking at the track list is that these are mostly original mixes and a great sampling of 80s groups. You've made a lot of people happy!
