I have this on CD but it's unlistenable. The whole album's stereo field is unusually wide. According to discogs, this CD compilation was released in Canada under Communique Records (CDCOMM- 5).
The same album was released in Japan in vinyl format (Korova ‎– P-6219). I'm wondering if anybody here has it and can post a needledrop sample. I want to make sure it doesn't suffer the same stereo field issue as the CD.
I'm betting it's not or else the needle would be skipping all over the place. Would like to rip the vinyl and toss the CD in the garbage.

Just redownloaded and checked. It's there so I'm not sure why it's missing for you. Try to download it again.

Are you on a Mac or PC? If you're on a PC, maybe you can try another zip program.

I heard the Canadian version a couple years ago and it was difficult for me to listen to as well, so it's not just you! Can't help on the JP version unfortunately.

Only thing i've ever had of theirs was the flexi-disc they gave away when supporting Howard Jones in 1984.

You're right it's super wide, I agree it's pretty terrible. Thanks for sharing though.

You’re welcome. Sorry it sounds like that though. Just ordered the vinyl version and hoping it’ll be a better listening experience.

Excuse me, That problem I solved by making an adjustment with a program that restored the stereo as it should be originally, if you want I can share the correction so that you listen to it
