The regular 12" seems to be available, but I have just found out about this elusive promo edition.
The b-side features an unreleased dub version.

Three seem to be either fan edits or from a remix service. At first glance I would say the five around 7:30 length are the same, namely the usual 12 inch version.
The requested Dub is a very rare official version. I would be very interested in that one too.
