The Unknown Beauty Of The 80's Vol. 128

Unfortuantly the Covid-19 kontamination numbers have increased with nearly 500 a day last week going way over the 6000. Already the news this morning was dominated with the rumoured new rules that probably will be announced tomorrow evening during the weekly press conference of the cabinet. it looks like restaurants and pubs will have to close their doors even earlier then ten o'clock which is the norm since last weeks press conference. Also going on a joy ride, or using the public transport mainly for fun, won't be accepted anymore. This certainly means that using public transport only is available for the needed jobs, such like f.e. health care workers. It means working from home for five days a week again, for who knows how long. The only bright spot was the drop in kontamination numbers with 120 yesterday, after an increase in numbers of 500 a day in the six days before that. Today the Outbreak Management Team will disguise the new proposals, and deliver those before the end of the day to our minister president, and then the cabinet will come with the new rules tomorrow.

So to keep up the faith I present you a new Volume with eighties music in our favourite styles.

The tracks:

01. Kick City - Still Life (5:12)
02. President President - All Good Men (3:23)
03. Académie - Rendez-Vous (3:57)
04. Shoc Corridor - A Blind Sign (6:22)
05. The Fuzztones - Bad News Travels Fast (2:38)
06. Keep It Dark - Dreamer (4:43)
07. The Chicaynes - Further Thoughts (3:44)
08. Moral - Frosty Nights (2:39)
09. Acts Of Madmen - The Dream Is Over (5:11)
10. The Metronomes - Saturday Night (3:51)
11. The Loft - Why Does The Rain (3:35)
12. Pseudo Echo - Over Tomorrow (5:05)
13. The System - Almost Grown (6:09)
14. Skeletal Family - So Sure (4:04)
15. European Toys - Child Inside (4:26)
16. Basking Sharks - Red Rose (3:07)
17. Safehouse - Red (2:16)

Everything working now.......thanks again !

Given the current situation in much of Europe, things dont seem to be getting any better......quite on the contrary....

Therefore I am so glad there is still music to keep us going......more precisely compilations such as these.....where would we be without them ?

Acts Of Madmen-The Dream

33 years later! Totally forgot how great this New Beat 12" was even without vocals!

Thanks Ris!

Thank you Rissan. It sounds like it's getting crazy in your neck of the woods. I'm very sorry to hear that. Thankfully we still have the music. Hopefully this nightmare will end sooner than later. All the best.
