Why Russian language and Soviet aesthetics? DO those tracks have any relation to Russia??

None of the songs are Russian, but the aesthetics of Russia have always seemed cold and very distant to me, like the songs included here, cold minimal synth but with a lot of feeling.

These are aesthetics of the Soviet Union, more precisely of a Communist Party. Those have very little to do with Russia per se and it's not healthy to mix the two. Just so you know.

Also, not "Ситетические" but "Синтетические" (Synthetic). You missed a Russian letter "н", in other words.

Lastly, I suggest compiling songs with even sound level. It's really annoying to have to move the fader up only to be hit by a louder next song. You can always use an equalizer.

Otherwise a very nice compilation with some cool obscurities ("Welcome to China" is a real lost gem and "I'm dying" is touching; I'd choose the original of "Kärpästen juhlat", though, as it's rawer and seems to be more in line with other songs). All in all, thank you and hopefully you'll be able to post some more minimal synth compilations in the future
