In the case of File Factory speed is also an issue but not as much as the fact that the download is often interrupted and Firefox cant resume it but rather starts all over again.....

EDIT - Managed to download this in one go.....thankfully......

Here's a work around for a lot of issues on file factory. Register your own free account and stay logged in. Go to your download of choice where you will now see the words "add to my account" under it's title. Click that and the file is instantly added to your free file factory account. Now go to your account and download from there as usual, it will download anything between five and ten times faster.

This is especially helpful when dealing with the cash for clicks uploads on guitars101 as It does not register as a download to file factory so they don't get paid.
