I heard this song on the oft-circulated, low bit-rate mp3 comp A Tribute To Some Bizzare 6 (assembled apparently circa 2004, perhaps by Peter "Pedro" Illik of the Hörsturz shop in Nuremberg). After trying on and off for a long while to find out more about it and its maker, I've tracked it down, and so if you want a lossless version, it's Track 23 on the free (!) Bandcamp album below! The correct date for the track is, as best as I can tell, 2001. (Not '80s in letter, alas, but certainly in spirit.)

Blaik Ripton is the genius behind it, and it appears that Noyz Toyz was a short-lived name for the project that he has now retitled PlaySoundz (which itself was the name of the vanity label on which the Noyz Toyz CD Noyz Toyz in the Haunted Arcade was released in 2001).

Anyhow, I figured someone might care.

Thanks for introducing to "The tribute to some bizarre".

They had at least 12 compilation releases:

Can anyone post some (all?) of these releases??

That track is so obviously not from the 1980s. Not even from most of the 1990s. How could anyone claim otherwise is beyond me.
