But, since these are presumed to have been made in the mid 90s, I presume this is all there is....

Discogs shows some with similar names, like three volumes from Buddha records, but they are of different style and different epoch:

Those are probably all the volumes in this series (if we count that each volume has 4 cds and volume 4 adds a bonus disc, there are more than 20 discs in that collection.
There have been good compilations, the only bad thing is the sound quality (in the case of retro active or some volumes of so8os)

PD: Sony Music released a year ago the Ben Liebrand's grand 12 inches volume 17 (but I think the track selection is more soul than new wave)

I've got the same problem.
Probably the links are missing the decryption key part.
In fact they're very short, a Mega link is usually much longer.
