I have to post a bit earlier this week as I will be busy for the next few days!

This Saturday Sept 18th marks the 2 year passing of my good friend Dave "Swerve" Myrvold! It is because of him I'm sharing this music which he so deeply loved! To honor his memory this week, we will go right up to Volume 52 which was the age he passed away. This will still keep us in line for a December end date.

Dave, We're all doing our part to keep this decade alive! I hope you're listening and enjoying the music from above! Miss you buddy!

I encourage you to give each track a listen at some point as you may be pleasantly surprised....

I have done my best to remaster all the tracks included here! If I have used tracks that have appeared on others previous compilations, I apologize as this was not intentional! I simply wanted to share them in lossless WAV format with the best sound possible.

Please note, this in NO way is intended to take away sales from any of the artists included here but rather a way to discover or rediscover these timeless masterpieces as many of them have never officially appeared on CD or are long "Out Of Print". If I would have to single out anything out of an abundance of tracks from mostly unknown artists, at least to me......it would have to be Richard Strange and his Damascus.....cant wait to hear "the special mix" version.....

Fully agree! Fantastic song in a league of its own. One of the most pleasant discoveries from the 1980s!

Hey guys, Fully agree "Damascus" is an awesome track! I'm quickly going to answer couple questions regarding a few tracks including "Damascus":

Richard Strange & The Engine Room - Damascus (Burn In The Shadows) (Special Mix) 702 (86) is also known as Damascus (Original Long Version) 700 (86). Both versions are the same! An excellent mix however I haven't shared my favorite version yet and will be coming up soon!

SPK - Breathless (Extended Promo Remix) 739 (87) has never appeared on CD and is an exclusive Canadian Promo only vinyl mix. Some get confused with the version on CD because the times are almost identical however the mixes are different!

The Wild Swans - Bringing Home The Ashes (Extended Mix) 614 (88).....We all know there was never an official Extended Mix of this marvelous track however this rare Unofficial Version is the best one out there and stays true to the original version! It can only be found on this record:
