These are the latest rounds of Mp3 rips from vinyl. Tell me if there's anything that sounds wrong with them. Something doesn't seem right on the "Marilyn" song.
There's also an SCTV clip for enjoyment.

Dez Dickerson? Chameleon (featuring a young Yanni!)? Flamin' Oh's? Johnny Rey and the Reaction?
Dipping into the local pool, are we? Good stuff...

The Phones tune is pretty good, thanks!
I wasn't familiar with this group, any info you could pass along?

I can't wait until I get home so I can listen to these!
...I just realized how pointless of a post this was.

This was from a KQRS compilation album. I know you would have noticed the local names.
heck, i saw the Flamin Oh's listed on a cheap billboard about a mile from my house. They still must be around rockin'.
Dez Dickerson: didn't know this, he was in Prince & the Revolution. the guitarist with the trademark headband.
Yanni is in Chameleon? I did not know that. I should re-check the liner notes.
I still have side B to do, and also a "Twin Cities Rocks!" album, with more local bands. My fave track, even though it's less than 2 minutes long is Marilyn.
But do they sound right? They sounded hollow to me when i listened to the end-result at home, but it might be my cheap headphones.
