You're looking for the 12" "Stretch Mix." There is a version on the Madness compilation, The Business, HOWEVER that's the 7" Stretch "Jukebox" Mix which unfortunately edits out the intro montage of Madness songs. As far as I know, the original 12" Stretch Mix hasn't been released on CD.
