Flash And The Pan and Mi-Sex Extended Mixes

Postby newwavepopman » Mon Jan 16, 2006 2:13 pm

Has anyone got any 12 inch extended mixes by either Flash and The Pan,or by Mi-Sex? A very nice mix of Computer Games,Space Race, and some later songs by Mi-Sex would do just fine.Does anyone have any of these following Flash And The Pan songs as an extended 12 inch?

Down Among The Dead Men
Something About You
Lady Killer
Media Man
any other later 12's will do just fine as well. Thanks ahead of time.

I only have extended versions of Midnight Man and Early Morning Wake Up Call. Both in CD quality! I can post them later today, if you like.

I just finished downloading the Computer Games file, and it's not extended at all. It's the same version from their album.I just thought I'd let you know. Thanks anyway.I guess that means that there was never an extended version? Does anyone happen to have Space Race as an extended 12 inch? Or the songs Where Do They Go,Only Thinking, and Castaway? These 3 songs were all by Mi-Sex,and from their very last album called Where Do They Go,and came out in 1984.Surely by 1984 they released some extended 12 inches?

Meanwhile thanks for the extended version of Flash And The Pan.

I have an almost-complete collection of Mi-Sex stuff, and no, they didn't. There were some 12" singles along the way (such as "Computer Games" on Epic Records), but they were the album versions. Except for "Non Stop Sex," which was a medley.

Great! Glad to up it then. Now I wonder if there are any more out there?
I remember seeing a 12 of Blue Day. Don't know if that was extended, but I think there may be an instrumental on the B. Shame newwavepopman's eMail bounced.
