Why they never released 16 Candles soundtrack on CD is anyone's guess.....[?] Every other Brat Pack film soundtrack is availabe on CD except that one.

"Growing Pains" is on Tim Finn's "Escapade" CD...still easily available!
Revillos "Rev Up" is on their CD "Rev Up"(!)...still easily available.
Amazon has both.
BTW, the original "Sixteen Candles" soundtrack on vinyl was only an EP - it had only six songs.
