This is a very rare obscure tune, almost like a new wave/alternative cha cha cha. If anyone has the english or french version, wether it be 12" or album cut etc... Thx for the help!

I got the 12" of this in college from some dude. Sorta stole it from him now that I think about it. LOL. I remember only hearing this and actually seeing the video played on the screens at the Malibu in Lido Beach and thinking it was total crap. But now it holds a strange place in my heart. [:p]

Not so obscure: there are many Rita Mitsouko CD's available on Amazon, and several have different versions of "Marcia Baila" (although the best version is the original Fench version on the self-titled "Rita Mitsouko" CD!)

DJ MAX used to play this late nights on Saturday at the Malibi. Remember it like it was yesterday - or maybe the day before...
Its one of the first songs I searched for when I discovered Limewire.

Thanks for the memories! Also used to go to the Angle when you were there - worth visiting such a small venue for the best new music in NY...[:)]

I think the Angle was one of my favorite clubs to play...small, yet exciting -- a DJ could really connect with the crowd. We used to pack 400 people into a club that was "legal" for like 150.

Thanks for the nice compliments!
