Hi Phil, its very easy you can use for example, this site

then:
Choose a file to send*: (Max. 300 MB)
** here attache your video in mpg or avi with the Browse botton.

second, third and fourth field in blank

then:
Your e-mail: (optional)
** place your email (just to be sure that you receive the confirmation.

check the box "accept" and press Upload button

Now just wait to finish your upload, and do not close that window, once you get the link to your video just place here the link to share the video, like me at this time

Thanks, LM. It's already blogged. And thanks, PhilG. The thought does count, and once you figure out all this loading doohickey biz (hell, it took me months) it'll be like a new toy to you.

BTW: I'm trying something a li'l more ambitious. I'm loading up a 40 minute plus video file, and only the first ten or so minutes will be viewable on my blog, but when you download it at save it to your 'puter, it should play the entire file. I could have split it up, but due to the nature of it, it would have looked cheesy.
