Back in the mid-80s I saw this video clip by a female singer who looked something between Lene Lovich and Elvira. It could have been one of them. The song was 'You're Under My Spell'. In the video, she's dressed like a watch and chasing young men!
Anybody know who the 'artist' was?

she was canadian - quite awful at best
used to be known as Candi and the backbeat than just became candi
