Hi i have a dvdr of a vhs from 1983 called Picture Music which contains about 10 videos with some rare groups on it.Anyone heard of this before?

What about it?

Released in February, 1984 by Vestron Video. One of the earliest mixed-artist music video compilations (and probably the first one I ever bought).

Sadly, it wasn't a continuing series. Stuff like Eddie Jobson (Zinc)'s "Turn It Over" weren't commonly seen on MTV, never mind home video.
