If you are a previously registered user, you must do the following:

1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt
2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit
3) You will receive an email with an activation link. Please click it and then log in using the random password provided
4) Go to your User Control Panel and click on the Profile tab
5) Click on 'Edit Account Settings' and enter your new password twice followed by the random password provided earlier. Click Submit.
6) That's it...you're back in! You may have to log in again with your new password.

i had this bootleg version which featured a documentary during the songs from the big chair era (1985) and live in california (1989)... there's also a bonus interview with chris hughes...

BTW, I think what you're talking about is the Scenes from the Big Chair DVD.

But watch out because some of them don't have the live concert, even though it is listed on the back. I bought one of these fucked up, rip off DVDs, and when I wrote Universal about it, they didn't even bother replying. Okay, so I pirated a bunch of music and got my money's worth. They later fixed the tracklist on the back of the newer pressings.
