Hi everyone.
Can u id this track:

It's a new wave track from circa 1981-82
Intro starts with synths, 1 double clapping hands and 1 single clap every 4 beats. Further down the song, a female british accent saying:

"Jesus Christ, tell me!
Who's gonna get me firrrrst!"

That's all I can recall of the lyrics, this was a huge new wave hit in Canada

It's definitely from the early 80's, sorry

BTW, Gruppo Sportivo did a song: Disco really made it
figured it was appropriate to say that in a newwave forum :-P :-)

anyone else found what I am looking for ?

Seems my braincells are getting blurred.
listened to the track I suggested , and the lyrics go like
"Jesus Christ, tell me!
Who's gonna KISS me firrrrst!"

The nym suggestion indeed was related to gruppos
"disco really made it, it's empty and I hate
