Where Are You Mommy? I Can't See You Mommy

Many people probably recognize this line from EBN/OZN's AEIOU (Sometimes Y). However I seem to have this vague memory of another song from the 80s that also had this line in it. Pretty sure it was another electropop type song. I've searched the web and can't find anything. Anyone here have any ideas?
