That's a stumper...when was this recorded off radio? Sounds like about '84-'87, but even trying to guess the title I didn't see anything in discogs.com that might yield a clue.

Recorded off the radio in Southern Cali back in 87, I believe. Unreal how hard it's been to identify this.
