Hello,
i look for a New Wave / Electro Rap / Funk / Psychedelic Track from the 80´s !!
(82-84?)
I have this Track recording in a Wave Disco, but now i haven`t the Tape.
The Track is only in my Mind.

The Words in the Track a very fast like (Captain Sensible - Wot or: Grandmaster Flash or Fat Boys).
I think (NOT 100% SURE) a Man sang/speak something with "everybody everybody somebody......." ,
The voice are psychotic and neurotic, like Clash.
The Bassline sounds a little bit like - Captain Sensible - Wot

thanks for any ideas !!

Is this it ? Or some song that originates from this. The first couple of notes from your sample seem to match this.

(*The) Rah Band - Clouds Across The Moon (1985)

Captain Rapp - Bad Times

A wild guess? It is really hard to tell with the clues you have offered vs the sample audio file. Just a guess.

As odd as it sounds, could it be Wham - Wham Rap!. like Captain Sensible, it also uses the bassline from Chic's Good Times. He also raps throughout the song.
