I'm pretty sure that this is Steve Hovington from B Movie singing, but I'm unable to locate the exact project and song name?

Hey,
I once downloaded this song, cant remember where it was. It was labeled "B-Movie - Perceptual soul", although I never found any official release. So maybe an unreleased demo.
