working on restoring a cassette made by DJ Bob Harrison of Toronoto in 1983. I believe it's Italo and mainly instrumental with a voicecorder that sounds like it's repeating the word "Refugee"

Bump. Doesn't anyone have an inkling of who this might be. Really need an id because it's the only song that I don't know from the tape and I'm trying to reconstruct it as close to possible to the original recording. If I can't id it it I'll be forced to edit out the song from the reconstruction which I'm loath to do. Any hint may help ie the production sounds like it could be from a cetain producer etc.

Someone from another forum has now id'd the sample as Talko's Psyko Flash (dub) from 1983 and Italo production. Here's a link to the song on youtube.
