Unfamiliar remix of Paul Hardcastle's "19"

Unfamiliar remix of Paul Hardcastle's "19"

Someone on another forum was asking about this today and now I'm wondering too. Key differentiator is the break starting around 2:25:

It doesn't sound like any of the official mixes I have, but there's nothing in it that would be out of place for a mid-'80s version either -- some of the touches are very ZTT-like to my ears. I think the rhythm tracks have been reprogrammed, which would point to maybe a remix service or bedroom remake?

And before you ask, I double-checked the obvious and it's not "The Final Story" -- at least not the version of that mix on the UK 12". I don't have the pictured Japanese 12" to check, though, and with a track with this many mixes you never know if someone sent out the wrong tape at some point...
