Very Early 80's song: it's raining, I'm not crying...

In an early music video program, something like Friday Night Videos, there was song with lyrics something like, "It's raining, I'm not crying". The video is at night, the street is wet, and maybe made of cobblestones. I don't know if it's raining while the band is playing. I never forgot the song, but I didn't remember the band's name. I looked through stores after that, but never found it. I bought an album by "3D" - "See it Loud", because it had a song title similar to it, but it wasn't the song.

This is my guess. It would help to say whether a man or woman is singing, synth- or guitar-based, etc.

Thanks. That's a great song. I've heard it before, and it was one of the songs I looked at on one of my searches for the mystery song. The lyrics had something with denying you're crying by blaming it on the rain or to having something in your eye.
