Sorry I thought I got it but I am just close: Girls at Our Best or early Au Pairs.

I don't think it's either of those bands, but it's probably inspired by them, as well as similar female-fronted post-punk bands like The Slits, Kleenex etc. I wonder what year it's from: the guitars and vocals sound very early 80s, but there seems to be a hip-hop (or maybe house) influence in the samples in the song. Going on the assumption that they are unknowns, but maybe I should have another look at some of the more well-known bands of the time, or their side-projects.
