More likely it's, "Going to need a swimming pool; try to keep your hot days cool."

The singer is slurring his words, so it's sounds more like "Gonta" more than "Going to", but that's what I think he's saying.

I'm sorry but I don't recognize the song or artist.

I thought the words were "floating in a swimming pool"

It sounds like he's saying - I loved you then, and I love you now, and

"floating in a swimming pool, try to keep your hot days cool"

Unfortunately, no. But I think I got all the lyrics.

You work to get a break
You never heard about give and take
I loved you then and I love you now
Grabbing round was much more fun
And, baby, you took every one
I loved you then, I love you now

Floating in a swimming pool
Try to keep your hot days cool
Floating in a swimming pool
Try to keep your hot days cool

"Grabbing round"... that sound right? Obviously, the lyrics were written by somebody who doesn't speak English very clearly!

SomebodySomewhere, I think he's actually saying "Grab and run was much more fun...and baby you took everyone." It makes more logical sense, lyrically.

But that's beside the point. I still don't know it.

Grab and run... Now that actually does make sense. Good ear! Amusingly, I'm still hearing "round" when I listen to it. Bad accent, I guess.

I sent it to two people, and they both drew a blank. What can you do?
