I hope by now you've gotten the correct answer, but just in case... The song is "Hassan" by Fatima. I remember hearing it at Medusa's in Chicago in the mid- to late-1980s, and I taped a copy from a friend onto a mixed cassette, which was later stolen. I'd love to get a replacement or at least an .MP3 if someone has it.
