That is a stumper. It's definitely not on Scoundrel Days, and I don't think it's A-Ha. i like it, though, and I'd definitely try and find a copy if i knew what it was.

In case anyone here was interested and didn't see the thread on the other board, it's "It's Just The Rain" by Alexander Caplin, a Canadian hit in 1993. I doubt his album was released anywhere else.
