Ideal Copy is a freaking ripoff fraud and I can't believe anyone uses them. For example they've got the new Lisa Gerrard Australian CD at $24.99 vs. $17.49 at amazon.

Sucks to be you then... there's nothing like browsing through the shops and coming across a truly rare find (tsk, tsk... this mp3 generation)
Let's sum this up with the old quote: "Let's agree to disagree"

I gotta agree...there's a lot more of an element of surprise when you're browsing record shops and find something you may have been looking for for a long time. It's something that I still enjoy anyway! That said, for new product, I will order on-line once every couple of months.

There's a difference between buying and browsing. Since you avoid sales tax, amazon is almost always cheaper. And regarding hard to find items, it seems more efficient to search that internet thing.

Got it last week, and it's extremely well done... perfect sound quality throughout, in depth liner notes, but no pictures unfortunately (sigh).
Whether it be Amazon or Ideal Copy - pick it up... you won't be disappointed.
