Is this a repressing of the release with the horrendous sound quality or is this a Cherry Red correction attempt? Does anyone know?

Did anyone buy this yet? Have they re-remastered it?

I never bought the first on due to all the bad reviews abd if I remember it was described as very muddy sounding, no high end maybe? Just a mirky, poor quality sound alamost from a bad tape?

I went to CD Universe last night and you can screen about 30 seconds of each track. Track one sounded quite good to me, but then they got really bad I thought until again the last two tracks sounded better. So to me track one and the last two tracks almost sounded like they came from very different sources.

Still not sure I'll buy this time around. My budget is never such that I can afford to buy a CD only to have to buy again because of quality so not sure about this release. It also states at description beginning that it is "repressed".

I'm still afraid to press the "buy" button on this. Now if it says "repressed", that worries me even more. It's kind of weird how they would repress this because I'm sure the original release never sold out due to all of the bad reviews on the sound quality.

I've actually emailed Cherry Red to ask but I never got a response from them. [}:)]
