Regarding Madness: My friend swears there was a 12" extended version of Our House that was something like 7+ minutes, is that true?

Sounds like a bootleg remix. The only mixes i know of are the Extended Version and the Stretch Mix which both don't exceed 6 minutes.

for some strange reason, both of the aforementioned Madness reissues are out in the USA. we've been shipping them this week. The label, Salvo, is a UK label, but isn't releasing it in the UK until April. Same with the Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Welcome To The Pleasuredome 25th Anniversary 2CD.

Just to confirm you actually have both the Madness and Frankie album in stock and not just for preorder[?] It's even stranger that none of those reissues are listed on Salvo's website yet. The Frankie one was briefly but they removed it for some odd reason.

Judging from the booklet in the "One Step Beyond" reissue, it looks like all the Madness studio albums will be getting the 2-disc reissue treatment through and including the "Wonderful" album. Sounds good to me!
